As systems became more and more complex, the risk increased significantly, such as ransomeware attacks. Managing our sytems ourselves became quite combersome and increased risks. Additional safeguards and processes needed to be putted in place to protect our systems and data, such as frequent and protected dupolicate backups.

Thanks to Interware’s added measures, proper monitoring and updates, a ransomeware attack several years ago was quickly rectified without having to buy back our data from the attackers. Our systems were restored within a day without any loss of data. We were fully operational by the day’s end.

You can always depend on Interware. They are quick to respond and address our needs and issues, effective in protecting systems and data, and are always up to date and provide useful and cost-effective recommendations to make systems more secure. We appreciate peace of mind the most, knowing our systems and data are well protected. We can concentrate on providing our services to our patients and clients while Interware monitors and manages our systems.
