We have been struggling with a lack of IT expertise to incorporate the best equipment and policies to keep the centre running smoothly and securely. Interware has benefited us greatly as their knowledgeable staff are always happy to provide recommendations for new technology and ways to increase our Cybersecurity posture.

Their suggestion to have redundancy in our firewalls and internet access have proven valuable on several occasions when the inevitable hardware failure or a network interruption occurred. Their constant monitoring of our systems has also been of great value. A major incident with our server room was avoided thanks to Interware’s remote monitoring alert. Had it not been for Interware we may have lost thousands of dollars in equipment.

Since working with Interware we have gained a great deal of confidence in our ability to minimize the risk of Cyber Attack and to know that our systems are well backed up should the need to rebuild our network infrastructure ever come to pass. They are very solution oriented and extremely flexible to work within the constraints of our centre which has what might be considered “mission critical” workflows during office hours.
